Biography:

As one of Boston’s most esteemed Lawyers, Herbert Stuart Cohen has a respected manifold of accomplishments, including giving a guest Lecturer at the Mayor's Housing Task Force, Newark, New Jersey in 1986. In the Construction Industry Start Ups 1993, Mr. Cohen gave key constituent council to Boston Building Trade Council. Previously, he served as Special Counsel to YMCA and Vice President of the Association for Better Housing, 1973-1976. In 1992 through the present, Herbert Stuart Cohen provides General Counsel, Freedom House, Inc. From 1993-1996, he was an active Member on the Board of Directors, Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Institute for Social and Economic Policy in the Middle East. In that time, he was Co-Chairman, Brown University Class of 1954 Reunion Committee in 1994.

Presently Herbert Stuart Cohen is on the Race Committee, Head of the Charles Regatta, (1996 - Present), member of the American Society of International Law (1997 - Present), and Vice President of the Brown University Class of 1954, (1999 - Present). As a pledge to his community, Herbert Stuart Cohen offers Counsel to the Advisory Group at founding of Boston's International High School.
